In association with svhealth&fitness we are offering the opportunity to take part in a 20-30 minute fun and energising exercise session whilst your children play.
It’s a great opportunity to move your body, boost your energy, have fun and take a little time for yourself in a relaxed and friendly environment.
There is no addition charge but please tick the “tone up” box to confirm participation.
The play session will run as normal if you do not want to participate.
